This song came unexpectedly. I came home one day and, walking up the stairs, my brother Mark was playing something on the bass. I said, ‘Don’t stop! I’m gonna grab my guitar.’ I rushed to my room for my guitar, rushed back, plugged in, and we started writing. Out came ‘Move Your Body.’ The first verse and chorus took five minutes. Then my sister walked in, and that’s the second verse. In no time at all we were done!--Johnny
